No video preview image is displayed on mobile phones.
Fix: This happens because mobile browsers do not load preview images in order to save data. This issue does not occur on PCs or in browsers without a data-saving feature. However, the video can be played without any problems by pressing the play button on the mobile phone.
No file name is displayed on the images.
Fix: No name is displayed for images or audio files when viewing search results or a category page. Currently, this information appears only on the specific page dedicated to that image or audio content. Essentially, this is just a preview; the link to the full content page is usually located above the preview itself. As the name implies, it is a preview and does not include all the details—a design choice intended to improve load times and overall clarity. If you need the full information, you can simply open the specific page for the image or song. Naturally, that is also where you will find the title of the song or image. 😉
The ebooks aren’t loading, and the download link isn’t working either?
This is a known issue with the Google Play Store version and other Android versions of the app. The Hasenchat app for Android does not natively support PDFs. Consequently, you cannot access the free e-books and “Content for Kids” materials directly through the app; you need a PDF reader to do so. Simply visit the web version at HasenChat.com using your PC or mobile browser, and the PDF files should download successfully. If they don’t, check your browser settings to ensure PDF support is enabled; if not, simply turn it on or download a PDF reader. However, modern web and mobile browsers usually come with built-in PDF support by default. You can read the PDF files in the reader or print them out. Enjoy!
