Instructions

Pre the oven to425°F (°C).

  • In a small bowl, combine garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, olive, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • Pat the chicken thighs dry. Rub the lemon-garlic mixture evenly over the chicken, beneath the skin where possible.
