



















Garlic Lemon Pasta
A bright, quick-to-make pasta with, lemon, and fresh herbs. for a weeknight meal.
- oz225 g) or linguine
-2 tablespoons olive - cloves garlic,
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice- 1/2 cup reserved water
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt, to
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
/4 cup grated Parmesan (optional)
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions until alente. Reserve1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. minced garlic and until fragrant and lightly golden, about 30 seconds.
- Add lemon, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes (if using Stir to combine).
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet. Pour in the reserved pasta water gradually, tossing to coat the noodles and create a light sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. from heat.
- Stir in parsley and grated cheese (if using). Serve immediately.
