Cooking Recipe: Spaghetti Aglio e Olio### Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced

Instructions

1 Bring a large of salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti until al dente, following package instructions2 While the pasta boils, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until just golden and fragrant.

. Stir in pepper flakes. Reserve about 1/2 cup of cooking water, then drain the spaghetti4 Add the hot pasta to the skillet with garlic oil. Toss to coat, adding reserved water a little at a time to achieve a silky emulsion.

5. Season with salt, sprinkle with parsley, and finish with grated Parmesan if desired. Serve immediately.
