Overview

Ingredients

- 2 lemons, cut into halves
-4 garlic cloves, smashed - 2 tablespoons olive oil

- A handful of fresh herbs (rosemary thyme work well)
- Optional: 1 cup other vegetables (rots, potatoes onion wedges)
Instructions
