Lemon Pasta Recipe###

  • 8 oz
  • 2 tbsp olive oil-2 cloves, minced
  • Zest 1 lemon
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti until al dente, according to package. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta, then drain.
  2. While the pasta cooks, heat the olive oil in a over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, avoidingning.
