Lemon Pasta Recipe###
- 8 oz
- 2 tbsp olive oil-2 cloves, minced
- Zest 1 lemon
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup Parmesan
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- Fresh parsley, choppedoptional)
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti until al dente, according to package. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta, then drain.
- While the pasta cooks, heat the olive oil in a over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, avoidingning.
